Work from home day = another mid week run, which is just as well, because I have an invitation to an exciting event which will be a HUGE big massive stretch and is very soon and I AM SOOOOO EXCITED I AM HOPPING FROM FOOT TO FOOT!!! I basically have three weeks. Fark!!! Lots of training between then and now required. 46kms of FUN (and pain and funny breathing and stomping uphill) coming up!!!
